I have the impression that this fix does not solve the AJW DataGrab problem, but would create problems for other Addons like SafeCracker.

What do you mean regarding SafeCracker?

I don’t think it will have any effect on SafeCracker, since we already auto-add field_fmt.

That problem is with ExpressionEngine, and not with SafeCracker. It appears that the bug was fixed in EE. Generally… if we hear of a bug that affects SafeCracker we fix it.
