How would I go about changing the From email address in the emails being sent out as notifications?

Admin > Channel Administration > Channels > Edit Preferences > Notification Preferences

I think you misunderstood me.  I’m looking to change the From email address of an email when one is sent out.  I didn’t see that anywhere in the locale you sent me to Rob.

I did not read carefully enough. System emails come from the address set in Admin > Email Configuration. There’s two settings, “Return email address for auto-generated emails” and “Webmaster or site name for auto-generated emails.”

That did the trick.  Being the half-witted developer I am I convinced myself that it was within SafeCracker somewhere.  Thanks for the help!
