I purchased Safecracker this morning and have just started trying it.

I have specifically bought it as it allows logged out members to post but everytime I switch the template tags to my new logged out member group ID I get a blank page. (Works fine when I use super_admin ID of 1 - even when I’m logged out)

I attach a file to show my Channel Posting Privs - the logged out member group definately has access to post in the channel I created for this in Channel Assignment.

So you created a member in that group, and are using that member_id in the logged_out_member_id parameter of your entry form? Or are you settting that member in the SC extension settings?

No, I thought it took the group id, obvious now when I read the tag really. (John shuffled in his chair)

I’ve now created a member in that group and it’s working fine.

You know, I would rather have used the member group, too, but EE absolutely requires that there be a member_id.
