I’m getting the following error when uploading from an SAEF:

upload_no_filepath

I do use relative paths for the file upload fields but it isn’t typically an issue.

What kind of uploader are you using? The SafeCracker file field? Or the built in filemanager

Did you set the upload directory in the custom field options?

By the way, I’ve emailed this issue to Rob. He’ll be in, in the morning. I’m guessing this is a bug, and that he’ll be able to fix it fairly quickly.

Is your path relative to /system/index.php? My guess is that won’t work relative to /index.php

Yes. This is a pretty common setup, because it allows for easier management on local vs. staging vs. production. nGen is fine with it on EE1 by the way.

OK, I’ll look into a solution.

What’s your upload path look like? I’m assuming it’s something like ../images/
