Redfin Support?

I searched the forums, but didn’t see any related posts.

Does Cartthrob support Redfin (http://www.redfinnet.com/gateway.php)?

Their feature list says they support Authorize.net emulation.  Will this work with cartthrob if I simply set the gateway to Authorize.net with redfin credentials?

Thanks!

CartThrob doesn’t currently.

No. This means that we could pretty quickly convert the Authorize.net gateway to work with Redfin, because they accept parameters in the same way. In my experience it still takes a little effort to convert. If you’d like us to build a custom gateway to support Redfin, we can for a flat rate of $600 USD.

We’re moving away from the forums, though not entirely and not immediately. Lack of support lately is coincidental to that. Unfortunately we’ve had a bad month with it, but we do not forsee that we will have any continued problems with support through our portal going forward, or on forums while we’re still transitioning. We will send out a newsletter and make additional notifications through twitter and other outlets over the coming weeks.

Moving forward; things returning to normal.

Hey Chris, Thanks for the reply!

We’re definitely interested in moving forward with the custom gateway development.

What is the ETA on completing custom gateway work, and what are my next steps to get this process started?

Thanks!

Put in a request here: http://cartthrob.com/site/contact_us

Generally it takes a few weeks to get the gateways done. Usually you have to get some docs and info together for us, we build pretty quick and then it might take some time to test. So we usually estimate about 2 to 3 weeks.
