hi

I have a problem that inventory is not deducted when a purchase is made…

I know I tried it when the store was on a test domain.
but I only tried with paypal express…

now I made some test purchases with “offline payment” gateway and I can confirm that stock is not deducted!
I have correctly mapped the inventory field.

what could be wrong?

I am using EE 2.5.2
and CT 2.1.3
CT admin 1.4.5

In the Payments->Offline Payments settings, make sure “When order is taken, set processing status to:” is set to “Complete”.

This was the case!
and also Payment authorized/complete is set to status “complete”...

where else could I look?

I found the BUG!

when adding a product the following way, the inventory is not deducted!:

<p>< a href="{entry_id_path="online-shop/_add_to_cart_template"}/{all_segments}" class="mini_cart noborder"></a></p

“_add_to_cart_template” Template:

{exp:cartthrob:add_to_cart entry_id="{segment_3}" quantity="1" return="{if segment_4}{segment_4}{/if}{if segment_5}/{segment_5}{/if}{if segment_6}/{segment_6}{/if}{if segment_7}/{segment_7}{/if}"

even If I have specified quantity=“1”
this is rather urgent, since recounting inventory is a lot of work!

We looked into this and emailed a response. Let me know if there’s any further trouble.

We’re moving away from the forums, though not entirely and not immediately. Lack of support lately is coincidental to that.
