CartThrob, Profile:Edit and MSM integration - problem with recognition of member fields if CT and P:E not on same site.

Hi Rob/Chris

Current setup on a site is this:

EE v2.4 running MSM 2.1.1.

The default site has CartThrob installed for purchases, and a second site is running Profile:Edit and thus allowing the Default site to also use it to manage Profile:Edit entries for member profile fields.

The problem I’m having is that the site that CartThrob is installed on, is not displaying the Profile:Edit fields under the CT admin ‘Members’ tab, so that the member data fields can be matched, and thus populated into checkout forms. It’s certainly no deal breaker at this stage, but it would be nice to have it working.

We’re moving away from the forums, though not entirely and not immediately. Lack of support lately is coincidental to that. Unfortunately we’ve had a bad month with it, but we do not forsee that we will have any continued problems with support through our portal going forward, or on forums while we’re still transitioning. We will send out a newsletter and make additional notifications through twitter and other outlets over the coming weeks.

Moving forward; things returning to normal.

Figured out the bug, fixed in develop so it’ll be in the next CT release, which’ll probably be monday.
