Hi Chris,

Is the CIM gateway available now as an add-on or separate purchase? Or is it a custom setup? How do we sign on?

Our site is selling regular products and a subscription product that requires CIM. When using the CIM gateway (or setup), is it best to have all purchases go through the CIM gateway, or do you use the standard authorize.net payment gateway for regular products and another checkout form with CIM gateway for the subscription product?

We have a subscriptions version of CT in beta presently that does use CIM.

Generally speaking though, we’re not taking testers too quickly these days.

We’re moving away from the forums, though not entirely and not immediately. Lack of support lately is coincidental to that. Unfortunately we’ve had a bad month with it, but we do not forsee that we will have any continued problems with support through our portal going forward, or on forums while we’re still transitioning. We will send out a newsletter and make additional notifications through twitter and other outlets over the coming weeks.

Moving forward; things returning to normal.
