When trying to access the CT Admin tab within my Carttrob settings, I am getting this error message:

A PHP Error was encountered

Severity: Notice

Message: Undefined property: Addons_modules::$store

Filename: core/Model.php

Line Number: 50 

followed by this line:

Fatal error: Call to a member function config() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/XXXX/httpdocs/admin/expressionengine/third_party/ct_admin/mcp.ct_admin.php on line 75

XXXX is my actual info, which I’ve omitted for security reasons. Any ideas as to why this panel would not be accessible? Thank you!

Hi Soire,

Sorry to hear about your issue; CT Admin shouldn’t behave like that.

Can you tell me what version of CT Admin, EE, and CartThrob you’re running? Would it be possible to get Super Admin and FTP access to the site in question so I can take a look and debug things for you?

It looked to be an issue with 2.1.4 beta specifically. I’ve worked out an update on your site and will have an official release ready in time for the official 2.1.4 release of CartThrob.
