Duplicates in Authorize checkout

I have duplicates showing in the Authorize side, but on the site I don’t.  On my side it shows the correct items in the cart, and correct price.  Once submitted to Authorize and the user is taken to their page their site shows duplicates of each product, but the price remains correct.  Also, when emails are sent the ones from my site are correct while Authorize show duplicates of each product, but with correct totals.

themes/third_party/cartthrob/payment_gateways/Cartthrob_authorize_net.php correct?  I replaced the code, still seeing dups though.
