To quote the docs at http://cartthrob.com/docs/pages/supported_payment_gateways/index.html CT su,pports Commidea:

Commidea (direct) iDeal Lite (offsite) Ogone (direct, offsite)

But I can’t see any option to use this gateway in 2.1.1. Is it supported? Or will be? Was and now isn’t?

Thanks guys

The specific product I refer to is here http://www.commidea.com/en-GB/United-Kingdom/Start/Product-Page/Customer_Not_Present/Vanguard/ and can PM an integration guide PDF if you don’t already have one.

Available. But not included. It’s not included, because as I recall, the last time we set it up for anyone, Commidea had quite a large amount of *required* testing that needed to be done. We can provide the gateway at no cost, but if you’d like us to handle the testing, we’ll have to do it hourly.

We’re moving away from the forums, though not entirely and not immediately. Lack of support lately is coincidental to that. Unfortunately we’ve had a bad month with it, but we do not forsee that we will have any continued problems with support through our portal going forward, or on forums while we’re still transitioning. We will send out a newsletter and make additional notifications through twitter and other outlets over the coming weeks.

Moving forward; things returning to normal.

Thanks Chris, can you make that available to me please, and also advise of hourly rates and turnaround time? Testing won’t be conducted for a couple of months but I need to get a schedule and budget together.

Thanks

Testing is done hourly. If it goes smoothly, it could be a few hours. Turnaround time is dependent on how smoothly it goes. Last time it took about 4 hours of time to test, but about 2 weeks of back and forth between me and their testing team. I think that we’ve worked the kinks out with them… but I can’t guarantee.

I’ve sent you the plugin.
