Hey Guys! I’m looking into what it would take to have drop-shipping capabilities in CT. I know the docs mention that it’s possible and I’m trying to wrap my head around possible ways to accomplish this. For the potential project I’m researching this for, the drop shipper would simply need to receive an email for the items that apply (not all items will be drop-shipped; some will be items they carry inventory for).

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Generally in the past we’ve used an extension to handle this. Usually the format they need is pretty custom to each drop shipper, so we create an extension to format the data and send it. It’s not too complicated, but it takes some PHP skills, and some understanding of the format that they want.
