What’s the status on the development of 2checkout? Would you be able to give me an idea of when it would be completed? If it hasn’t already, In South Africa we’re pretty thin on the ground when it comes to payment gateways and this would be a deal clincher for us.

We haven’t started on it. We’re working on CartThrob 2 for the most part right now.

As a UK developer the three gateways that I use the most are:
Sagepay Form (mentioned in poll)
Worldpay (mentioned in poll)
http://www.securetrading.com/ would be great to add

We build a secure trading gateway for CT1. I doubt I’ll port it to CT2 unless we get a commission to do so. Basically secure trading requires a bunch of callback-f.txt files (etc) to be modified to specific local values and uploaded to SecureTrading’s site to work. It’s not too difficult to do (at least for me because I’ve done it) but it’s not exactly obvious.
Anyway it’s always something we can handle custom.

What you are suggesting sending two forms at the same time, which can’t be done except by using ajax.
You could use ajax to also post the data using CT’s checkout form at the same time you submit the secure trading code.

We currently only have ideal lite. I’ll email it to you. It’s not supported.

Hi there,
Could HSBC be built as a custom $600 solution?
Got a client demanding it.
Thanks,
Ian

Which method do you need supported for HSBC? (generally it’s something like Direct, Server, Hosted, etc)
