Buy # for $ discount

Is it possible to setup a discount where a customer can buy, for example, two products for $35 (set price, not $ off)? I was looking at the get X for X but that doesn’t seem like the correct discount.

There aren’t any current discount plugins that set a fixed price for items.

I think the buy_x_get_x plugin is the closest option for what you’re looking to do without creating a custom plugin.

ok then, how would I configure buy x get x to have a buy one get one 30% off then? I’ve tested all other discounts and they work, but this one does not.

I set purchased qty to 1
I set discount qty to 1
and percent off is 30

When I put two products in my cart, there is no discount. I have the UNTESTED one, is there a newer one? Because this isn’t working. I put in echos where it calculates discounts and they aren’t working.

That plugin also requires a product id in the “Qualifying_entry_ids” field.

EDIT: Just ignore this post.

I put a “2” in entry IDs and it still does not work. I added two of the product with ID of 2 to cart, and nothing. Are you sure it even requires it? there is an }else{ in the plugin that appears to not take that input. Anyway, when I put echos into the script at different places, they do not get parsed. If you have a plugin that is working could you add it here?

Oddly, it works now. Is there a way to do it without entry ids (just all products if wanted)? Also, is there a way to do it buy x get y? Like.. buy one shirt, get a second shirt for 30% off?
