I’ve found this very useful to help with order processing - it lets you view exactly the fields what you want to see.

Nice. I see the developer has some requests for more CartThrob integration over at devot-ee.

I suppose we should get together with him, and try to make that happen.

We’re moving away from the forums, though not entirely and not immediately. Lack of support lately is coincidental to that. Unfortunately we’ve had a bad month with it, but we do not forsee that we will have any continued problems with support through our portal going forward, or on forums while we’re still transitioning. We will send out a newsletter and make additional notifications through twitter and other outlets over the coming weeks.

Moving forward; things returning to normal.

Not a bad idea. For me order processing is where CT could shine even brighter.

We’re working on that.

How about a “stuff up coming” page some where?

Maybe after some of our stuff settles down. We’re still transitioning from a client services company to a software company. We’re really busy trying to keep up with support, while letting our clients down easy, and I just have no time to devote for anything new right now.
