Hey,

We’re having problems with the WorldPay customer email not being sent. The order gets added to the orders weblog and everything there is fine but the email never arrives (or is sent). We’ve play with the SMTP settings, it wasn’t that as we’re able to send an email using the communication module. Can you shed some light on this please?

Is the order’s status updated when the order is complete at WorldPay?

We’re moving away from the forums, though not entirely and not immediately. Lack of support lately is coincidental to that. Unfortunately we’ve had a bad month with it, but we do not forsee that we will have any continued problems with support through our portal going forward, or on forums while we’re still transitioning. We will send out a newsletter and make additional notifications through twitter and other outlets over the coming weeks.

Moving forward; things returning to normal.

Do you have transaction_ids being captured correctly to your order?

OK. Then it has to do with WorldPay not updating your site with a callback probably.

Can you send me FTP and site admin access?

Also, can you make sure that you’ve done the following:

In the WorldPay Merchant Interface > Installations settings, you will need to set your Payment Response URL to the following url: https://<WPDISPLAY ITEM=MC_callback>. You must also check ‘Payment Response Enabled’ and ‘Enable Shopper Response’.

We really need this resolving quickly.

We’re still having the issue, I’ve sent an email to you Chris.
