Paypal: Invalid Request URI

PHP version is 5.2.9

On the PayPal confirmation screen, the manual link url has the following query string:

/?ACT=31&gateway=paypal_standard&method=paypal_success&tx=0LT757198S953734V&st=Completed&amt=2.00&cc=EUR&cm;=&item;_number=

I commented out that section of the gateway, but I can’t see anything odd in the log files.

OK. Next step. Send us FTP and Login information. I’ll manually run through this stuff with my SandBox account and see what PayPal’s trying to send that’s hosing everything.
