So I created another form with the gateway=“paypal_express”. When I click submit for that form, it doesn’t go to Paypal’s website, but instead just takes me to my confirmation page. Paypal Pro with the CC works fine but I just can’t get the express button to work.
Please help, thanks.
I have an issue with Realex Redirect where it doesn’t give Realex the success/failure template through the response URL. Realex say that when they hit that response url, it should give back to them html to use to display what we want. But they say it isn’t.
I’ve tried stripping that template back to
Hello world
in case js is an issue, but that’s not doing anything :(
Any ideas?
I have attached payment details for an order received in sagepay for a jacket which includes VAT and a book which does not:
Jacket = £66.67 (£80 inc VAT)
Wild! = £17 (no VAT)
Shipping = £20 (£22 inc VAT)
VAT/Tax = £17.33
Total = £121 inc VAT
As you can see the order summary in SagePay does not include the item tax or add up the line total to include the tax. It also does not show the shipping tax.
Apart from that the total VAT is correct and the Total is correct.
Does the current plugin simply not pass though that info or I have made an error in set up?
cheers Kenny

The payment method I am using is SagePay Europe Offsite (Server).
The error message I am getting is:
Your payment failed: Failed: The transaction was not registered because although the data sent to the payment gateway was formatted correctly, some information supplied was invalid. E.g. an incorrect vendor name or currency code was sent.The NotificationURL is Invalid.
I have entered my vendor name into the payment method setting page, I have also entered my servers IP address into the control panel at SagePay. As I have also changed my system folder I have edited extload.php with the new system folder name (is this actually documented anywhere?)
Is there anything else I should be setting to get it to work?
cheers Kenny

What if I am not in one of these countries ?
I am in Australia.
Does it matter which country you select ?
thanks.
I’ve tried various scenarios to test this, but up to now I am not re-directed to my order_complete page.
When I put <WPDISPLAY ITEM=MC_callback> in the settings with my email address as the payment response failure email address I get the following:
Error reported: Callback to http://www.positivebatteries.com/themes/third_party/cartthrob/lib/extload.php/worldpay_redirect: NOT OK, received HTTP status: 302
However if I set it to http://<WPDISPLAY ITEM=MC_callback> or https://<WPDISPLAY ITEM=MC_callback> I don’t get any email messages.
My order_complete template only has a minimal ‘success’ text in it.
Can you throw some light on this I.m using the latest version of Cartthrob Pro.
Many thanks

1.Customer fills in details and proceed to pay (systeem puts order in exression engine)
2.Customer pays in Omnikassa and gets payment message inside omnikassa (nothing happens, since you are offsite)
3. Customer presses “continue” and get redirected to website and gets order email.
Now basicly this seems to work well right? But the problem is..5 out 10 people dont press continue. Wich basicly means they don’t get the email and keep calling us. Is there any way to change this inside the plugin?
Best regards,
Jeroen de Vries
